1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SocioBoom, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Description of Service
SocioBoom is a social media growth tool. It schedules and publishes posts — including photos and videos — to connected platforms, turns customer reviews into social content (Review Poster), finds public posts about problems your product solves (Pain-Point Discovery), and plans a content calendar (Content Strategy). AI features are provided using third-party AI models and may occasionally produce inaccurate output — you're responsible for reviewing content before it's posted.
3. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including content posted through any social platforms you connect.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SocioBoom to post spam, harassing content, or anything that violates the terms of the platforms you connect (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit). You must have the right to publish any photo or video you upload. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate connected platforms' policies.
5. Third-Party Platforms & Services
SocioBoom integrates with third-party services — social platforms you connect, cloud storage for your media, search providers, and AI model providers — to deliver its features. Your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider's own terms. We aren't responsible for outages or changes on their end.
6. Platform Limitations
Each platform sets its own rules and we can only work within them. Facebook publishing requires a Facebook Page — its API cannot post to a personal profile. Instagram requires a professional (Business or Creator) account. TikTok videos are delivered to your TikTok inbox for you to review and publish from the TikTok mobile app, rather than posted automatically. Platforms also apply their own rate limits, and may reject or remove content under their policies. These behaviours can change at any time without notice from us.
7. Plans, Billing & AI Usage Limits
The Free plan includes a limited number of AI generations per month across Review Poster, Pain-Point Discovery, and Content Strategy; paid plans include a higher or unlimited allowance. Usage resets on a rolling monthly basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create and post through SocioBoom. We retain ownership of the SocioBoom platform, branding, and underlying technology.
9. Termination
You may stop using SocioBoom and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
SocioBoom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spectroniq Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SocioBoom after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
